What clearances are needed for a high 10 second motor with a girdle?
I have a list of factory specs, but have been reading a few threads that show things should be a little different for this type of application.

Rods, main rings, etc.

Thank you.

This a touchy subject. What is your primary goal with the car?

With a race motor you can open up the clearances.

Well, it is a street car that I plan on oneday being able to run in the 10's with. Thank you.

I personally prefere tighter (than typical chevy builds) clearancs for the Buick V6. I target the clearances as follows:
Mains: .0017-.002
Rods: .0017-.002
cam: What ever it comes in at.
thrust: .006-.0010 hand polish the crank (thrust surface) with 1500 grit paper.
oil pump: .0005-.0015 thrust (use 5w-30 oil)
