I am new to the turbo Regals I have an 84 hot air I recently got running after the previous owner let it sit for about 15 years the car runs fantastic and I took it out for the first drive last weekend
I took it on this maiden voyage on the back roads and the car runs great accelerates good runs smooth down the road however when you approach an intersection and you begin to decelerate when you get down to maybe five to 10 miles an hour the engine idles up high it's like it gets a power surge right before it comes to a stop
once it stops IT idles rough for a few seconds then it Smooths out and runs like a champ
