This reminds of a time I was in college and had a part time job working for the local cable company. My job was to deliver cable convert boxes to local residences. I arrived at a house with a fence, openned the gate and started walking towards the front door. A doberman came around the corner started barking and running towards me. At that split second I determined I was not going to out run that dog and it was best to stand my ground and stare at it. It stopped 3 feet in front of me and I waited a few moments before proceeding to the door. I got to the door, rang the door bell and was met with disbelief from the owner.
