ET Street Bias Ply Tires

I have a used set of M/T ET street bias ply tires on my car 30/12.5/15 on a 10'' rim and no tubes. After mounting the wheels/tires on the car, I took it for a spin. Car pulls to the left on light acceleration. Just coasting, it goes straight. So, I checked roll out and I was 1'' short on the Drivers side, which makes sense. I aired up the short tire to 30psi and let it set for 1/2hr. didnt seem to do much.
Am i doing this right?
Also, what tire pressure are you guys running on the street?
