excercize with weights regularly and have at least 2 days of rest. say you train mon - fri. rest on sat and sun. eat regularly. lower the carb intake and heighten you protien content. eat lots of greens!! greens are harder to digest therefore you burn more calories in the process. the vinegar diet DOES NOT WORK! I'm an avid competitor in bodybuilding...I've seen and heard all kinds of diets, but the vinegar one just bites the dust. Though...there has been research on grapefuit upon its acid characterisics to help disolve fats and cholesterols. Sorry, I forgot what site I seen that from. Carb intakes should be consisting of good complex carbs like jasmine rice and brown rice. sweet potatos too. stay away from simple carbs, usually things like sticky calrose rice and sugars. protien intake should be 1.5 x your body weight. going over your protien count just turns toxic but not to a point where it kills you. it just get's wasted. take your vitamins. you dont have to lower your sodium intake so much...but watch how much you take in. you'll retain water and calories are going to be harder to burn during exercize. if you have hunger pangs...eat a table spoon of natural peanut butter or whatever protien bar you prefer. oh...as your last meal on a sunday on your rest day, have a cheat meal. go to jack in the box and order 2 bacon ultimate cheese burgers 1 large order of the stuffed jalepenos..and a diet coke
