Exhaust Smoke

My 1978 Lesabre is smoking something awfull out of the exhaust especially at shut down. The smoke is definately oil. I think the turbo is the culprit. It is a new turbo, with no restricter. The motor runs great, good power, no engine noise, but lots of smoke. I think the return line could also be the problem. Any ideas?
