exhaust valve seals?

I just received my gasket kit from Poston, now I can get building!!!! Had the crank cut 20 on con rods, 10 on mains-looks awesome. The kit only has intake valve seals. There are no exhaust valve seals. Do you guys run without exhaust valve seals? I see the valve guide on the exhaust valve is taller than the intake valve guide, and on my last rebuild i put a seal on the exhaust valve, but is it really necessary.

The stock set-up did not use valve seals. Do a search on valve seals.
There is about a week worth of reading of the facts and opinions.

Thanks for the tip. After doing some reading, i decided to check the valve to guide clearance tonight and if ok than run with-out seals.
