One down and one to go.
Its a shame. These two teenagers could have had a great life. They just interviewed the Uncle. He said they deserve to die. He said the older one was always a "loser".

Its the kids they interviewed that went to school with them that said they were quiet normal people. I guess you never know nowadays.

Looks like they got the second one. Hiding in a boat. Sending a robot to look in the boat to see if there are any explosives in there. Don't need any more injuries.

well I guess he is still alive. Guess they are concerned that he is wired..

Wow! I get home from work to all kinds of news and my city is swarmed with law enforcement.
I Hope they kill the second one. Save us some time and money.

D

Sounds like he has some holes I him, every news channel trying to one up each other.

A friend of mine tells me the Feds raided an apartment in New Bedford a mile or so from where I live.
I'm not sure on the validity but the word is the suspect made a call to said apartment.

WOW I just heard that our government interviewed one of the suspects a few years ago at the request of another country. Nothing was done.

All over, taken alive. Much info for them to find out from him and the rest of the investigation of the other evidence.

Ha, cut a better light than me...

Well looks like your taxes are going up:confused: Yup he will need medical attention and then a private cell:mad: Does he have to pay upfront for the medical care or is that free o_O

Everyone in Boston deserves a good nights sleep tonight. Good job citizens of Boston and the local, state cops and the Feds.

hello people; I live right outside of Watertown Sq. and leaving for work I missed the ban and when I left work they had cleared for traffic for who made it to work. It was weird seeing everything closed and quiet. I felt like I shouldn't of been out there. Luckily I didn't have to sleep in my van. I was making plans for a motel but didn't have to go there.
But how about being the lawyer to defend this 19 yr old? I bet this trial is going to take a while.

Down by the river? LOL.

In all seriousness though. I just read something interesting. I didn't know this existed legally. Here it is.

Justice official: No reading of Miranda rights

WASHINGTON (AP) — A Justice Department official says the Boston Marathon bombing suspect will not be read his Miranda rights because the government is invoking a public safety exception.

That official and a second person briefed on the investigation says 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be questioned by a special interrogation team for high-value suspects. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to disclose the information publicly.

The public safety exception permits law enforcement officials to engage in a limited and focused unwarned interrogation of a suspect and allows the government to introduce the statement as evidence in court. The public safety exception is triggered when police officers have an objectively reasonable need to protect the police or the public from immediate danger.
