Fox is reporting that the cops have searched an apt belonging to the "person of interest". They hauled a bunch of "stuff" out. Should be interesting.

Excellent work by our law enforcement officials. Arrest made in bombings less than 48 hours later. That is pretty impressive.

One thing is sure, they have a strong suspect in the pictures. Maybe they have one and are after another? Some ahole called in a false bomb threat to courthouse that the new conference was supposed to take place at.
well maybe IF they ever catch any of them they will actually do something with them rather than just a slap on the wrist !!

Well this one hit too close to home for me
. My brother in-law ran the race and my sister was suppose to but had an injury so she was at the finish line spectating. Rod finished in under 3 hours and they were already out of harms way. I can't tell you how sick to my stomach I was watching it on the TV. ( I wish they would get their facts straight before reporting). My sister is home and safe and I am thankfull for that. My thoughts are with all the families
NOW I have had enough of this shit. When these people are caught they have to be dealt with accordingly. I think the jury should be picked from victims and their families,they should also decide on the penalty. OH and I mean anything goes,put the bastards in the middle of the street and let the general public do what ever they feel appropriate.This BS of they need a fair trial and all that crap has to stop, crimes like this need a new way to be dealt with. We as a society have to get off our ass and fix this. Rant over ! Now as someone else said I have to go walk my dog in the bush where their are no people.

I just found out my nephew that is a Boston cop (usually on gang patrol in Roxbury) was on duty at the finish line. He witnessed the bombing and helped the injured. He also saw the 8 year old. He was so upset when he got home he just sat beside his little boys crib. It's going to take him a long time to get over this.
The animal(s) that are responsible for this will get much more than a slap on the wrist. Hope they put them in general population. They wouldn't last a day.

Thank him for what he does because that takes a strong person to do what he did. I could not imagine and hope I never have to see that. The problem is our justice system is good for everyday people that stray on the bad side BUT it is not meant to deal with these scum bags that do these kinds of acts against our civilization. It is simple, the punishment must fit the crime. I do not know what I would do if that was my daughter that was killed

Normally he deals with gang violence and drugs. This detail was supposed to be something easier for him. The only way and the best way to deal with these cowards is to keep on keeping on. If people give in to the fear those animals win.

That's right. About ten of us went to Boston last night to see Steel Panther. Right on Lansdowne St.
A couple of the women were concerned but the majority of us said the same thing.
The terrorists will NOT change the way we live.

Dan, this is a Federal case.
They now have video of a man putting a bag down and walking away right from where one of the explosions happened.
It's only a matter of time.
While I was in Boston yesterday it was non stop undercover vehicles and sirens traveling in all directions with sirens blaring.
And behind must of them there were small SUV's almost looked like the old Bronco 2's with no lights and no sirens right on the ass of the under covers car.
It was surreal.

I know BUT look at the "other" cases over the past few years.. Plane bomber in Detroit... He is prob vacationing on some island now. Then look at the guy that shot the people in that theater. Oh "he is crazy".. needs help !!! BS !!! Put him alone in a abandon movie theater an let the "day is due" hit him in the damm head. Then look at the Gabby thing in Az.. He killed kids and ruined a lot of lives. Why should he live.. Killem !!! "Oh that won't deter situations like that" .. It will if they are dead. You kill ..we kill back..
