Hey everyone,
I'm upgrading my Turbonetics Deltagate II to a newer Turbonetics Racegate, and I cant seem to find any information as to if this requires gaskets and where to find them. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Thanks

there arent gaskets for vbands
the newer wastegate (like the RG-45) is v band and to run one in place of a deltagate you need to cut off the old 2 bolt flanges and weld on Vband flanges

The one headed to me is two bolt

the racegate is larger than the deltagate and the flanges even though they are 2 bolt .. are different and i dont know of a source for the racegate flanges ..cotton used to have them but not anymore

I bought it from a user on here named "phoneguy" hopefully he can shed some light on this. I have no use for a wastegate that won't work with my downpipe. :(

I just called Turbonetics and they said that although the valve is bigger in the racegate, the bolt pattern is the same and it should bolt up fine.

File the flanges flat, use a thin coat of hi temp copper gasket maker, and bolt it on...
