Just wanted to thank Lonnie Diers for offering to help me pull and fix my transmission issue on a late Friday night at his shop (past 1 am!)
Not many vendors would do that.
Lonnie really stands behind his work.

Thanks Lonnie!

that's awesome! Did you test it out yet at the track?

Not yet.
Did race 10 laps at the Speedway last night and hit around 155 mph though.
Those Nascars are like big bumpy go karts but was still a blast.
670 RWHP is what the guy told me and the cars weight almost nothing.
he said his race car is 840RWHP but the rebuild every 400 laps

Sounds more expensive than drag racing!

Were they the current cars they use or the older cars? I did that at Kentucky speedway awhile back. It was pretty cool. Car was a slug getting up to 150 I thought.

mine was as fast as i wanted to go.
it had plenty more in it and i was seldom ever at full throttle
sounds like the one u drove wasnt a real one?

My average lap was 152 or 3. It was the real deal. It was also about 7 years ago. We had to follow a lead car and were not allowed to pass.
