I have a complete F.A.S.T bank to bank sytem with wide band 02 for a 5.0 ford with TFI.
Its the Box,Harness,02 and software,You will need a few GM sensors to complete it (map,IAC,Coolant temp and air temp)

This is brand new never installed
I installed an XFI for a customer after he already had it.
