F/S art carr 9" converter 3500 stall

for sale is my art carr 9" 3500 stall converter. It is in excelent condition but i'm changing to a 400 so this one has to go. $400 plus shipping. it is still in my car so i will need a couple of days before i take it out.

Is this a lock up converter? How many miles are on it?
