I have a question about the purpose of a small shield that fits under one if the bellhousing bolts and extends around to the side of the starter. The cooler lines run here between the starter and the exhaust pipe that crosses over from the driverside. When I put things back in I was thinking this was to keep the lines off the side of the starter but after seeing how close the lines run to the exhaust was thinking maybe it was to hold the lines against the starter . Can any one tell me for certain how thus is supposed to be arranged? It's kinda tight no matter between the lines and the head pipe.

Good info

That should settle the ? that comes up about once a week. "Which line on trans goes to top of rad."

Yes thank you very much !!

Dang I guess I better jack it back up and get that corrected now...
I got the new fittings for the cooler today so I should be leak free .

Its been nearly 3 months since it has been on the road... man It seems I have worked more hours on this thing then I have drove it now....

I got a new turbo and intercooler + valve springs and timing set for it but darn I am sick of working on this thing... So that may have to wait till 2011.

I'll drive it with the stock parts for a while longer.

Hydro Boost brakes are done and they feel good in the shop very firm pedal.

Transmission and Brakes done in 2010, Add more power in 2011.
Then once I drive it and rememeber how slow it is that may change.
