false knock

i've had a problem finding this.when i run down the highway in 4th and kick it down i sometimes show 19 to 29 degress of knock,with boost set low or high.then if you let up and floor it again it doesnt do it.and it shows knock if you have it in park and rev it up.my motor mount is ok.also sometimes the 02's run 036 to 040 when floored in 3rd.no knock.i changed 02 and didnt help.
it doesnt matter what chip or if i change fuel press.thanks

Check for bad motor mounts, downpipe hitting frame etc.... also try a new knock sensor.
