Fan relay problem

WHY DOESN'T MY LOW FAN COME BUT MY HIGH FAN COMES ON FINE. I REPLACED ALL MY RELAYS. MY COMPUTER WAS SET FOR THE FAN TO COM ON AT 180 BUT COMES ON AT 220 NOW.ANYONE HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE.

Bad temp sensor?Also maybe the resister on the fan went bad,you could jump it or test for power there when it should be kicking on.

Low fan has a resister that can go bad. It's a white piece on the fan it self. You can do some testing with the voltmeter or run a bypass wire. That will get you going.
