FAST EDIS and Stand alone compatible with 16 volt system?

Anyone using 16 volt batteries with their FAST electronics (stand alone) or FAST EDIS? Are the step down resisters necessary?

I enable 15.4V at WOT, and the eDist has taken it for almost 2 years now.
