fast locking up

had fast installed recently got new hp laptop 4gig mem,with vista.every time i pull up dahboard the screen will lock up in differant color smears were you cant read anything. have to hit power button to get out of it and reboot.i have no issue connecting but just locks up constantly.what should i do hate to think i spent $1000 on nice laptop that i cant use..

Is this the only screen that does this? If so, try removing a couple of sensors

xfi fast issue

hey, i can go anywere and make changes without issue but soon as i go to dashboard it freezes within 5 seconds. i cannot get pid screen to moove up to see all and do not have time to remove some pids. also how do you remove some pids?

Just go to File/Dashboard Setup and remove a couple. Hopefully that will fix it.

yep, removed some pids and fixed my problem, thanks , still in learning process.
