SignUp Now!I would think the biggest difference would be people using it with smaller I/C's as the alky would cool the air better. Not sure you would see much of a difference when using 116 with a quality F/M!
i ran my fastes pass so far running 93 and alky vs a race mix alone
the biggest differenc i feel is in my wallet , no more $10 gallon fuel

Now Mike, what more evidence do you need more the trying to keep up with me  LOLO. I think thats what sparked your interest the most.
You saw it with your own eyesand seeing is believing.
Just do it! You'll never look back.
So do you think with a quality FM, you could put close to a 116 tune on a car with today's alky kits runniing meth?
P.S. Be careful you might be putting that big one on sooner than you think?![]()
I wasn't saying don't use the Alky. The question as I took it was simply race gas v/s alky as far as power. I don't see how a car with 93 & alky is going to make more power than straight 116!
If you are talking cost on the two that is a no brainer. I have a Alky control kit on one street car in progress and plan on putting one on my main street car, I think it is a great product.
