I'm sure there are faster... But Steve Sullivan (V6 Beast on TB.com) has run 10-teens @ 132+ mph with a stock crank and caps.

Scott Claridge runs 9.8's @ 136+ mph with an Eagle crank and caps.

I'm sure there are plenty others as well. Some of them are probably headed to the Reynolds event this weekend.
