122 mph here, according to the Scanmaster, out on a back country road, not racing, just decided to lay into the boost for sh!ts and giggles. I think I was running 22 PSI with a bit of 91 and a bottle (5 liters) of 110 octane fuel.

Speeding

154 mph according to the GPS with the old converter not locked!!!
Front tired rated at 112 so I quit there, still had some left!!

over 142... lifted and after a few seconds I scrolled the scanmaster to MPH...Yikes I won the race tho:cool:

65 on the interstate. That's the speed limit. I can't believe you guys speed. You all are insane!

OTC 4000E showed 166.

ON a closed coarse with a professional driver. Do not try this at home.

129 at the track on pump gas.

Well, the speedo said 85

Whatever speed the trans kicked out of overdrive b/c your going too fast, that's how fast I was going and she had a bunch left in her. I would say probably about 130, unless someone know's what speed the tranny pops out of O/D at?

however fast a caddy northstar cuts off.....when he started fading i let off:biggrin:

Top Speed

I got my Turbo T to 147mph according to my OTC4000 on an open road. Two weeks later i was going to Reynolds to race and on the way over my front tire seperated and blew out. I will NEVER drive at those speeds again. I thank god i was not racing and that happened! I will stick to 1/8 mile as thats plenty fast for me:)

Hit the speed limiter on the stock chip, other than that blinking 85.......

Well today I managed to beat my old speed by 6 mph, so now I can say I've had the Buick up to 128 mph. That was on a straight back country road, street tires, 22 PSI with the alky going, 92 octane in the tank. I even let the 200-4R shift on it's own too, in OD.

I'm going to try not to tell the wife or she might have a heart attack, but my little nephews will think I'm way cool. ;)

Too fast. 160-165mph long ago. Like 11 years ago. It took over a minutes to get to that speed. Im not that stupid anymore. Now i dont accelerate beyond the quarter mile.
