My favorite food = home cooked food

I've been going to resturants since the hurricane down here, and I'm so sick and tired of them it's not funny.

We need a Food Fourm. This way when we have something that kicks ass we can report it with the recipe. I know we had a recipe thread floating around for a while but it is long gone :(

Turbo Chili
Turbo Burger
Blown Cheese-steak
Waste-Gate Soup

You guys and Girls need to make this. It is to die for, if you like Barbecue pulled pork here is the bomb.

1) Buy a slab of pork Loin boneless 6-8lb (the one that you would get that pork chops are cut from)

2) Cut in Half

3) Throw it in Hotel Size pan

4) Sprinkle emerl's essence on both slabs.

5) Pour 1 can of Coke over both slabs of Pork.

6) Cover tightly with aluminum foil through in refrigerator over night.

7) In am through in oven 275 degree for 7 hours. Yes 7 hours...

8) 1/2 hour before it is done grab another medium size pan.

The Sauce.....
9) In the medium size separate pan pour in 4 containers of Sweet Baby Ray's honey Barbecue sauce.

10) 1 cup of honey

11) 2 cups of water

12) 1/4 cup of brown sugar

13) 3 tablespoons of Espresso powered coffee

14) Simmer in pan 20 minutes.

15) Now pull the pork out of the oven, drain leaving 1 cup of the pork juice in the Hotel Pan.

16) Break the pork apart with a fork, it will fall apart very easy.

17) Take your sauce pan and mix into the pork in your Hotel Pan.

18) Let is sit for 1/2 hour uncovered so the pork soaks in the Sauce.

19) Buy Fresh Cole-Slaw

20) By Potato Rolls and serve.

This is by far the best I have ever had and plenty of left-overs for the long, sucky week at work to pack the lunch-box.
