Anyone have any experience with FedEx car transport. Heard good things but has anyone else used them here?

A friend of mine restores 60's Chevys and a couple weeks ago a customer of his had two super rare aluminum fendered 63 Z11 Impalas... worth 250k each, shipped to him with FedEx car transport and the cars arrived in perfect shape.

I have used them before, and they did a decent job. Would I recommend them, yes. Would they be my first choice, no. I would use Horseless Carriages as my first choice. The reason I went with Fedex, they were able to pick up and deliver the car quicker in the one instance I used them, and they take credit cards, which is much more convenient, whereas HC only takes certified checks on delivery.

The two main things I didn't like, the diver told me he would be at my house on a certain day, then calls me late the night before telling me dispatch made him take a detour to pick up a couple of other cars and he would be delayed two days which I find is completely unacceptable and when the car was delivered, it was bottom loaded, which I do not care about, but was not covered.
