Hey guys..... I am on the fence. I am thinking about going non-lockup. I read... and read... and read...... and I am concerned that the lock-up I will want to be doing (at WOT for a 10 sec combo) will kill my tranny in short order.... so I might be looking to sell. My tranny doesn't have all the billet stuff.... not in the budget right now

Anybody interested?

$700 + shipping.

I loved it behind my mid 12 sec combo.... never tore anything up.... about to install new motor with mid 10 sec capability... and need to make a move.....

I assume the price is too high....

How about $650 shipped?

I called Jack at Precision and gave him my numbers off the converter.... he confirmed that it is a 5-disk lock-up "0-pump"..... which I hear most people claim is 3200-3400 RPM. Perfect for a TE61... or a GT6152.... or a 66 ball bearing... or 6776 ball bearing..... I don't have the tranny parts for the lockup..... cause I really want to lock-it up..... it feels (when I was running my stock turbo on 23 psi).... like you hit a 100 hp shot when the converter locks at WOT...... Now that I have stepped up the power... I need a little more stall and don't think my non-billet parts 2004R will hold up at all if I were to lock it up.

I decided I do want to sell it.....

It wouldn't let me edit the thread title and take "feeler" out..... so I started a new forsale thread.

I decided I definately want to sell it.

Here is the new thread:
