Went to bed with the Sox losing 7-0. Wake up to find out they won 8-7! Sox seem to relish the underdog possition.

I was at the game.. I was ready to leave @ 7/0 .. Wife wanted to stay:rolleyes: .. what a game in the end

Just wait until the Rays get back to the Trop. You will see magic in a pennant for the Rays.

it just another game.. I don't take any of it serious:p .. Rays are hungry for a win and did a job on the sox monday night when we were there .. ya never know whats goin to play out

X2 I do not care who wins. I would rather see the Rays win. But I am happy watching a good game. I watched the whole game at a bar. Gave me a good excuse to stay out longer. :p

it was a great game to watch .. I like to see others win to .. I am a big "underdog" fan

What's up with that field?? Got to be the ugliest looking outfield I have ever seen! Looks like a worn out carpet in a 2 bit hotel.

BTW, a recent convert to a Red Sox fan, about 6 years now. Was always a Yankee fan when younger. Went to a game at Yankee Stadium and my father had an usher kick to attractive ladies out of our seats near the Yankee dugout, turned out to be the wives of Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris.

One game we attended will always stand out in my mind til the day I die. Had front row seats on the 3rd base line and a foul ball came our way and I saw it coming and ducked and it got my old man right in the forehead and knocked him out cold. Was only 14 and he had to drive home to CT. He did get the ball after they retrieved it from 3rd base where it bounced off his head.

Funny story. Must have had a hellava headache.
I've watched the Sox since I was a little kid. I remember my Dad getting the Impossibile Dream record.

Pronto, I never told you but when I was a kid Rico Petrocelli & Jim Lonborg can into dad's store..

As did Steve Grogan & Russ Fransis of the PATS!

the only autograph I got was RICO's
