Im in the middle of my project a 63 nova with a stage 2. I ordered a full glass front clip from fiberglass trends in california. After having it shipped across the country the piece was a piece. Low spots on the hood 3/4 inch deep and high spots 1/2 tall. The pass side fit Ok but the drivers side was a mess also. Im looking into getting a new clip locally in my state but there only a wrap around with no hood. I would prolly try to mesh the hood to the clip after installing it. My big concern is how does glass hold up over time? does the paint get wavy from the glass contracting and expanding? The car is straight as an arrow. I would hate to have a show quailty car with a wavy front end. Going to steel isnt really an option as the front end is now tubular. Any one have oppinions on glass clips that tilt? The Co. Im looking into is VFN and glasstek both are local but make the parts on demand only.

Try Token Fiberglass we have an account with them & the quality is great. My body man only had 1 hour prep time on my hood.
