I was interested to hear this:
"Every 200-4R considered for high performance use should be running the fluid level at one quart over the full mark. Any vehicle that is capable of mid 12 second quarter mile times or quicker should be installing a 4L60 filter and deep pan with the level still one quart over the full mark."
