Going dowhill....

And to think, I just wasted thousands on a Procharger. :(

So is it supposed to run continuously, or is it on a trigger of some sort? I would think while it was off it would be a huge restriction for the engine. Eh, dumbasses....

Here's the run down on it:
The eTurbocharger.com Electric Twin Turbo has been developed to install on any vehicle just as most aftermarket high performance cold air intakes are installed. The only difference is our install connects to your vehicles battery and a momentary push button switch is either installed on your vehicles throttle or somewhere within your vehicles cabin. The electric turbo will operate whenever the push button is depressed. Many people ask why the supercharger dont operate constantly under all throttle conditions. The main reason is constant operation would drain a significant amount of your vehicles battery and some stock alternators will not be able to keep up with the extra electrical usage. Our install basically works like most nitrous oxide systems. At wide open throttle, or whenever the push button is depressed you will receive an immediate a full boost until you release the push button. The feeling of the extra boost is immediately noticeable and will leave you quite impressed!

those have been around for years. i'd really like to try one on a gokart or something small. i think it could do some good there. it might even be enough to feed a small 4 cyl. for a little bit.

it would be cool to see someone make one thats actually functional. like a jet starter motor with its own battery. that would be pretty cool. turbo is still better, but it would be different.

CRAP! I wasted about a billion hours building mine!! Why didn't I think of THAT?? I figured 25 PSI was a good thing with twin turbo's. Now, I read that all I need is 1.7 psi boost at a push of a button! And 30 WHOLE horsepower is ALOT more than I can make with twin stock turbos. Boy do I feel like an GOOBER! I'll bet I can even buy those hose connectors at Home Depot and I can throw all my 321 stainless crap away! I'm not sure if the nitrile toilet connectors will hold up to a sustained 1.7 psi 1/4 mile pull, though? Anyone ever hear one of those hose connectors pop off at 1.7 psi? They sound like a MOAB bomb going off! ;)

Whaddya think? Waste of time?

Yeah, after your Rendezvous spits out the alt, and the Delco battery pops
