Finally, found a NOS hood liner

I have one that has never been installed but has been out of the box for a long time. It is a bit dusty and a little tattered on the edges, see pics. If someone is interested, I'd take $350 pickup only in Ocala FL 34479. Interested in trading nice for 86-87 hood pad

Shipping just complicates the transaction. I'd have to locate a box and package it so that hopefully it does not get damaged. Also since it has been around I'm concerned that the buyers expectations will be for something that is perfect, which it is not. Face to face sale will ensure they are happy. So it will go back up over the fridge in the garage...

Because I try not to succumb to peer pressure I could ship it. I think my biggest concern is the someone buys it without reading the description and thinking they are getting a perfect NIB $1000 hood pad, then they are disappointed, bash me on the forum ( I see plenty of this) and I have to pay shipping to get it back. There are some things that (in my opinion) are better purchased in person. Maybe Ill change my mind in the future or maybe I will put it on my 87 just so the "experts" can point out the mistake... Bullshit. Look at my offer, All you have to do is get off you ass and put the hoodliner in a shipped box. I pay shipping back. You get $50 bucks and a hoodliner off your Fridge. Excuses excuses really don't cut it. I will not do away unless you admit that you do not have the hoodliner......
