everything looks good except the WOT TPS Voltage. You need to fix that. other then that the car looks good. Time to hookup the MAP sensor to the Powerlogger so we can see boost and get a WideBand so we can tune this thing

i didnt see in the instructions, how to connect map sensor. The one i got with the alky kit is installed,3bar i believe.and the tps gets set through my scanmaster?i set it before, does it move?thanks for reply.wideband and slicks next.

you need to set the TPS. TPS - keep around .42-.46v closed throttle, do not exceed .48v. For WOT, no less than 4.00, 4.40 to 4.60 is a good safe place to be. Don't exceed 4.80

You will wire the 3 Bar Map to the Power logger Aux box.

Here are some hints for connecting the analog unit, as contributed by a generous member.

"Instructions to connect PL to monitor boost."
1. Stock MAP sensor can be used but only goes to 15#, otherwise purchase and install 3 bar MAP sensor. (which goes up to about 30# I think)
2. "Tap" or "splice into" the MAP output signal, green wire, at pin A, terminal C437 behind glove box with a new piece of wire
3. Route new wire to input 2 on the I\O connection provided with PL kit.

4. Run provided connection unit cable from I\O connection to PL input next to USB cable port.

Note that digital dash cars have no power in the harness for the MAP sensor. The best source for feeding the MAP sensor would be the 5 volts and ground that feed the TPS.

I'd say your boost gauge is wrong.... although the PL is showing the boost varying between about 26-29 psi.... on average.... it is probably 27-1/2 - 28 psi average.... per your MAP sensor. I'd say it is correct.

whats the map sensor read with the key on but not running? you can zero the map to read correctly if its not reading 0

this weekend i purchased a new pressure vacuum kit and the calibration on my gauge was right on.
