FINALLY got T-link

Finally got T-link 4.05, vehicle pak 11.

First pisser. I need a serial to USB adapter. Newer laptops don't have serial anymore. That's so last century apparently.

But, not to fret. I own a tech company and can overcome...

But, I don't have the boost sensor. Will have to order. Do I need the 3 bar map too??

And, anyone have any pix or diagrams on how to hook this up NICELY? Don't want it haning all over. Would like to run through the grommet in the firewall and make it appear stock and neat.



ANY help, pictures, documents or suggestions???

Yes, you'll need the 3 bar MAP sensor....

You'll find a 1.25 inch hole (sealed with a rubber grommet) just under the master cylinder. You can run a wire loom through there real easy.

Our cars have 3 bar MAP sensors. The factory boost guage wouldn't read over 15 psi if it didn't.

Yes, the TA has a 3-bar sensor....But, Ken Moser told me we still needed another 3 bar sensor for the boost sensing....You could call Ken and ask for sure, maybe things have changed
