Finally seen one

Moving here to Kingsport TN, I havent seen any TR's....Well that all changed today.

Got out of work, seen a G-body comming towards me, as it got closer my eyes detected a drk blue 86, factory pinstriping, wire caps...BUMP on the Hood!.....with an old couple driving along...the guy had to be pushing 90 and I bet that car had 25K on it.

Hope to see it again with cash in hand or keep eye out for Estate sale within the next year

Hey I live in kingsport there are 3 GN that I know of there was one GNX gut it got sold over the sumer and now is in VA. If you go to the lowes on west stone drive some one drives a T-type to work every day and there is a t- type parked at a house on centor street right before you turn to go in front of DB high school.

OK the t-type at lowes is mine..lol my part time retirement job. there was a gn in craigs list for like 4k i think

during warmer nights, there is a good showing of cars at K-mart on E stone, so far Ive had the only one there, some guys were privy to Methanol injection but hadnt dug into the hows and whys, it would be nice to show up with 4 or 5 and lay down the law

I put my GN in all the car shown down town this year Im suprized you havent seen mine. I blew a head gasket and possably somthing else it has some ticking noise coming from it so dont know if it will make many shows this coming year .

Im hoping to pull the engine this week if you need something to do come on over . I read it was eaiser to pull the engine to do the work or if you could come by and listen to it run and tell me what you think of the ticking noise that would be great .

hey Mike it was good meating you wife said you can come over any time you want she is glad in having help trying to convice me to let some things go to a new home.

You might want to restrain from posting exact locations of where Turbo Regals are parked on an internet forum. Too many of these cars get stolen as it is, don't want to make it any easier for them.
