I've been thinking the same thing. I think that Morgan (Drip pan) lives in Yorba Linda. It's just now starting to smell like smoke a bit here in Huntington Bch. The smoke just missed us yesterday. It looks like it's really thick looking north to LA. If it gets bad, I'm thinking of heading south for the day. Maybe go see a movie and dinner in Laguna Bch.

its a mess at LAX
I'm at work at LAX, ash everywhere, told my crew to wear face masks,
on my way in this am, took 91 fwy, yorba linda is engulfed in smoke and ash,
its drifting west, all the way to the coast.
if anyone can contact drip pan , post up if he needs help,
or anyone else too!

I'm about an hour south of LA. Today and yesterday the wall of smoke was heading this this way in the AM, only to be pushed back by the onshore trade winds in the PM. Guys north of here in Long Beach and LA have been hit hard by smoke and ash.
