Fix iTrader feed back to link w/ parts wanted.

Please look and iTrader feedback. Sometimes it works, some times it doesn't.
Seems it does work when tring to link back to a thread from parts wanted.

I've sold a couple of things and the guys said they would leave me feedback but it wasnt working. FWIW I havent sold anything in awhile, so it may be working now.

I also am unable to leave itrader feedback for a buyer.
I keep getting "The deal URL is invalid!" when I submit feedback.
Please fix. Thanks!
