Floor Jack question

This may sound kind of amature but the the other day my floor jack started leak so as I was repairing the leak I noticed a plastic cap over a screw. It said do not adjust so naturally I felt the need to turn it to see what it does. Does anyone know what this screw does and how to set it again. Thank You

Sorry Sal I don't, but what kind of floor jack is it? Maybe we can do a simple internet search and figure it out!!??
