FM wired Modulator

Is there a way to install a FM wired modulator to play mp3's without installing a switch to turn the modulator off when listening to the radio.

Why would you need to turn it off?

A good modulator will need to be turned off to pick up radio stations again.they take over the fm band when they are on.

I thought the good ones had auto sensing inputs

I have no experience with this retailer, but they sell Metra's #226-2249 and it has auto-sensing. Link.
