Ford T3 turbo sources?? (its for a Buick)

Howdy,

I know this is a wierd question for the Buick board but here it goes, I'm looking for a good source for the Garrett T3 turbos off of Ford 2.3L OHC I4 engines from the early 80s backed with manual transmissions. They are basically the same as stock GN turbos with 2 major differences, the first being a different bolt pattern in most locations and more important to me is that alot of them where water cooled. I am attempting to locate such turbos, so far the search is not going well. If anyone can help me in tracking down any source, I would be much obliedged.
