Damn that sucks man. Only had to drop the tank once, and its something I know will have to be done again. What pump do you have now?

Did you ever drop the tank? I know you talked about it a few weeks ago. Not that hard to do especially since the pump works and you can pump it dry via the fuel rail. You definitely need to check the hose between the pump and pickup. How old is the pump that's in it? While its out check the p/n on the pump, see if it ends in 169

what could cause this?
restricted or lost boost signal to regulator (plugged or broken vacuum line),Bad pump, restriction (dirty filter), low voltage (check when at boost),or bad regulator.

I'm dropping the tank this weekend . My voltage should be 13volts due to the Hotwire . I hope it's something small . How hard is it to replace the fuel lines with AN -6 and -8 lines ? How much does it cost ? What FP should I go with if I need a replacement ?

I just did a braded -6 return line to accomadate the Raxtronix 340lph pump not difficult to do....All the fittings and braided line ran me 100 bucks. Wish I would have done the feed line also....The pump performs well and I can turn down the pressure at the regulator at idle which was my reason for doing the return line....

Have any idea what it costs??? Just curious to see what it is compared to what I have in mine.....
I believe it was 299. Go to the Vendor section. He posted it in all his pump posts.

I had a similar problem. Fuel pressure would rise as I rolled into WOT and then drop back to about 51 lbs at WOT. I installed a ground wire and ran it from the fire wall to the intake manifold and it corrected the problem. Fuel pressure now goes well over 60psi.
