my fp wont go over 59 to 60# no matter where i set the static fp im currently fighting a fp problem running 17# of boost and 43# static only getting 52# when i apply 30# of air from compressor to 45# static it goes to 75# when i put static to 55# and brake boost it to 14# it still show 52 is this fuel pump demand or is this a bad regulator or pump or what else could it be its only 4 months old

tee a boost gauge at the regulator and see if the regulator is seeing the same as your boost gauge , if its not fix the leaks (fresh vac hoses and zip tie them )
the fact that you can get 70psi on a test rules out leaking fuel fittings in the tank
if the regulator is getting correct boost signal than you have a volume problem check for restriction in the feed line ( filter or a dented kinked feed line ) , if still no good its time to drop the tank and replace the pump

put in a new filter this just started i doubt i have any kinked lines when i crimp the return line it goes to 85 psi and does leakdown when i crimp both lines it still leaks down wouldnt that be injectors still have stockers
