Friends TTA Will not start

TTA will not turn over to crank. The solinoid wire to the starter is not getting power. N- saftey switch checks okay and the Vat Key system checks Okay. Checked fusable links going to starter.
What else can we do?

1 thing to check would be the fusebox for the efi fuse(Should be marked),if it goes out you have no power


Happened to me and a Friend of mine(his T-Type) in the Click's parking lot(Blessing),We went in and bought a fuse.
