Which car would most likely have the brace that mounts underneath the radiator and ties the other two front under braces together? Thanks in advance

Any G-body but a Buick! No seriously, Cutlass,MC and Grand Prix are your best bet for the two diagonals. The cross brace is Grand Prix only.

The OE cross brace from the other G-Bodies won't clear the stock intercooler. If you have a front mount, you're fine. If you're still using the stocker, you need to buy the cross brace Kirban sells. It clears.
