front seal leaks under stall?

My 2004r leaks when tryingto build boost on the line from the front seal. It leaks good enough to leave a small puddle, but will stop as soon as I take the load off the tranny. It is a nonlockup AC convertor in a Kurtz built transmission. I recently replaced the convertor looking for more stall speed and the problem continues. Any ideas? It is not pushing the seal out of the case, just blowing fluid past it. 2-3 seconds of stalling will do it.

Cracked converter neck or pump bushing not right. also if return holes were not drilled or enlarged it could be seal return oil that is being pushed out.
