Ok here's the deal guys....86 GN with 2" Belltech Spindles and 17x7 Boyd wheels in the front...Stock 97k springs. Tires scrub the fenderlip. My question is what moog spring should i get to raise the car about 1 inch....3/4 of an inch would probably suffice. Should i get the 5606's? or the 5604's and cut to length? Any help appreciated. I have the wheels and tires mounted on the car and i can't even drive it!!! What a kick in the pants...

Forgot to mention it has the 12 inch brake upgrade...With Impala SS lowering spindles and hotchkis tubular uppers...Had to use the Impala spindles to use 12 inch brakes...I think the stock impala spindle is actually an inch lower than a stock GN spindle...Hence i have a 3 inch total drop from stock...Need a spring or else i'm gonna have to use a stock impala spindle..TIA

You would probaly gain that with a stock replacement just from the fact that they are new.

listen up narrow ass............

I know that you are from Alabama so I will try to explain this to you as simple as I can without drawing pictures. Go to NAPA Auto Parts store ( I'm sure they have one in your area) and order yourself a set of 3/8" horseshoe spacers. They are made of alum. and are in the shape of U. Put them under the coils against the A-arm and you will acheive the 3/4" space you need...............btw.........I heard you bought some 17" gold reverse daytons...............

You listen here tank ass...

I think i may have a few extra "horseshoes" around here..Will they werk? Might have to make "Ole Bessie" trot around with a limp...but she'll get over it. Narrow Ass #2 said that might work : ) Any more snide remarks? Bring it on.....: )Cya in Bristol with the pizza and beer. Naturally you're buyin first round. We drink our beer outta styrofoam cups down here.
