Fuel flow direction & an fitting help please.

Which way does the fuel flow through a stock 85/85 fuel rail? Also, I need to adapt -6 an fittings to the rail and regulator. I believe the fuel rail is 16mm X1.50 and that the regulator is 14mm X 1.50, but is it a o-ring or non-o-ring seal? Anyone have a picture of the stock feed line end and stock return line end?

the regulator is on the "outboard" end of the rail, so the fuel flows back to the tank from the regulator. the other line- the one with the filter in it- is the pressure side.

i belieive tpi an adpaters from summit racing will fit
the should be oring
