Fuel Flow

I can't seem to find this anywhere. Does anyone know the stock fuel pump flow at 0psi? 28GPH? I don't know what fuel pump I have but I do know that I can fill a 5gal bucket of fuel in 5 minutes- so I'm flowing 60gph. Is this good for mid 11's? Or should I just drop the tank and take a peek.
