I am keeping all stock except for 3" ATR exhaust (no cat) and Grumpys mass air flow tube and KN. Will upgrade the fuel pump if needed but nothing else. Do you guys think I should buy some fuel in a 55 gallon barrell like VP or Sunoco 104 or 114? Will that help the car? The best fuel I can buy even close is 91 octane.

Thanks in advance
Ty

If you're not adjusting the boost and/or timing, there is no need for anything more than 93oct. Running race fuel will actually diminish performance as you won't have the need for the slower burn.

how can I adjust the boost and timing?

Can I do that without major mods??? I am a big block man trying to convert to a six with a hairdrier attatched:D

Dont waste your money on race gas.
If you want, just make your own DIY alky injection and be done with it....That would be a good winter project for you...;)

Just like Bo said. W/ the money you spend on a barrell of race gas, you can a alky kit and you won't ever need race gas if you can get it tuned right w/ alky.
