I need the piece on the intake manifold side of the injector, not the other end. I want to install injectors where they have not been on an intake. Should be a weld-in injector bung. I appreciate the offer though.

Do you have the steel bracket that bolts to the inlet plenum (the tranny cable and cruise cable attach to this bracket)? Also, Adam was looking for so taillight electrical connectors. Do you have any of them?

Don't have that bracket and I'm not sure about my electrical "stash" but probably not. Would a hot air intake do you any good? I THINK I have one of those laying around.....

Paul at HRPARTSNSTUFF makes the bungs you are looking for. PTE also sells them. Kinsler sells bungs and bulk fuel rail too. I went through the 4bbl conversion a few years ago.

Make your rails and rail brackets first. You can then use the rails and mockup injectors to hold the bungs in place when you weld.

BTW, you can rent the injector pocket cutters, and AN o-ring tools from Kinsler Fuel injection.

Let me know if you can't find mockups. I'm sure I have something you could use.

What are you using for a TB? Steer clear of Accufab!!!

Thanks for the install tips. Why are you down of Accufab? I have a Kenne-Bell 70mm TB and like it fine (less expensive than AF when I bought it) but always thought Accufab was the Cadillac of TBs. What brand would you recommend?

The accufab 90mm TB is designed for a Ford application. The lever on the shaft is welded on and can't be reworked very easily. I made a billet bolt on lever that piggybacked onto their lever. I called Accufab and inquired if another shaft/lever config were available.

I received the absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced from an aftermarket company. Their employees are A-holes!! I guess Accufab can afford to "throw" customers away. They must have people lined up to buy their products

I ended up sending the TB to Kinsler and had them re-shaft the TB and provide a decent linkage.

I also had problems keeping the 3"-4" transition hose attached to the TB. If I clamped it tight enough to keep it from blowing off, the throttle blade hangs up.........not good! The bead on the OD of the TB isn't big enough.

I fixed that problem with a Wiggins clamp. I beleive I have the world's most modified Accufab TB ever.

I'd look at Wilson or make my own before I'd ever consider Accufab.
