I'm doing an El Camino and need to plumb in a hew fuel line. I want to do it with some type of hose and AN fittings. Anyone care to share their experiences? I have the factory lines that supply and return the fuel rail. These attatch to the engine and terminate in a rubber hose with screw type fittings that are located just below the block near the front cover. The supply side looks to be 3/8, and the one leaving the regulator is somewhat smaller. The plan is a new 3/8 hose from the sender to an in line billet style filter, and on to the fuel rail. The return is to be plumbed into the old supply line already in place the once fed a carb. This line is also a 3/8, but as I mentioned the fitting downstream of the regulator is smaller. I'm leaning towards a non-stainless hose with fittings that just slip into it and rated at 250 psi as found in the Summit catalogue.
