fuel sending unit question

For the fuel sending unit, which wire connects to the fuel gauge, and which is power for the pump?

It looks like the purple should be for the gauge, while the grey is power?

I'm not running a turbo buick harness, so some custom wiring is in order and I just wanted to double check.

yep!

tan is the fuel pump feed wire. black or grey is the grd's.
