Fueling issues.... Still!

I have some fueling issues I've been working on with Eric... I have a new pump, but found my voltage was a bit low.. Installed a new alternator and voltage did come up... My question is... Is a .5 volt drop on the hotwire from the back of the alternator to the back of the car normal? I have 14 volts at the back of the alternator and 13.5 at the pump side of the harness...

BTW this was with the car running... Just thought of something... I'll check and see if there's a difference with it not running... Maybe the loss is from the pump draw?
